SpaceX is acquiring Cursor in a $60 billion deal, according to The Verge. The move is framed as a major bet on AI coding tools and enterprise customers across Elon Musk’s broader technology empire.
The deal would put one of the best-known AI coding products inside a company already tied to rockets, social media, and AI infrastructure. It also sharpens competition with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other coding-agent platforms.
