Reco has raised $55 million to expand a security platform that discovers enterprise AI agents and maps what each can reach. The round follows a $30 million raise in February and brings total funding to $140 million.
Reco previously focused on mapping and securing software-as-a-service and AI applications. Its broader product builds a context graph linking agents to people, apps, accounts and permissions, giving security teams a way to identify unapproved deployments and remove access an agent does not need. The company says one Fortune 100 customer discovered 21,000 unknown agents, while another found an agent created by a former employee with access to Salesforce. Those examples are Reco’s claims and were not independently verified in the report.
The funding arrives in a crowded market where vendors offer runtime controls, tool vetting and agent discovery with overlapping language. Reco must show that its graph produces accurate, actionable inventory rather than another stream of alerts. The decisive tests for buyers are coverage and enforcement.
