Decart launches a driving world model for autonomous-vehicle simulation

Decart has launched Oasis 3, a real-time world model designed to generate photorealistic driving environments for autonomous-vehicle testing.

The model is available through an API, which could make synthetic driving scenarios easier for developers to build into testing workflows. That matters because collecting enough real-world edge cases for autonomy is slow, expensive, and risky.

The caveats are still important: simulation quality, realism, and coverage determine whether world models can meaningfully improve safety rather than just produce convincing video.
