Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C round that values the Israeli-Dutch AI startup at $5 billion, more than twice its $2 billion valuation from roughly six months earlier. Insight Partners led the round, with Salesforce joining existing investors including Index Ventures, IVP and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Founded in early 2025, Wonderful first sold customized customer-service agents in markets where English is not the main language. The company says it now operates in more than 35 countries and relies on forward-deployed engineers who work directly with customers to integrate the software into existing operations.

Its newer Wonderful AI OS broadens that pitch beyond customer support. The company says the platform coordinates agents, workflows and AI applications with an organization’s data and integrations, supports different model providers, and lets customers retain ownership of what they build. Wonderful plans to use the funding to accelerate product development and expand its deployment teams. The rapid valuation increase shows investor demand, but the company did not disclose revenue or other financial measures that would independently establish the scale of adoption.
