Simplismart has raised a $14 million Series B to expand software that adjusts how AI models run across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Dallas Venture Capital led the round, with Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax participating. The financing values the four-year-old company at about $100 million including the new capital.

Its platform manages deployment, fine-tuning, autoscaling and performance monitoring. Rather than optimizing only for maximum speed or minimum price, Simplismart says it configures inference around a customer’s service-level and total-cost requirements. Customers include HeyGen, Higgsfield, Ema and Indian cloud provider Yotta.

The startup says its work cut GPU serving costs for video-generation platform InVideo by 56 percent. That is a customer result reported by the company, not a general benchmark. Simplismart also says its annualized revenue run rate grew 14-fold in six months to an unspecified eight-figure amount; the figure is based on recent usage rather than contracted recurring revenue.

Nvidia’s participation may look counterintuitive because better software can reduce the GPUs required for a workload. The chipmaker is also collaborating on integration with its Dynamo inference stack and helping with customer introductions. The bet is that lower serving costs will make more AI applications economically viable. Simplismart still competes with Nvidia’s own tools, hyperscalers and a crowded group of inference specialists.
