RunPod has introduced an enterprise package that lets teams keep the same GPU platform they used for prototypes while adding the controls needed for production deployments. The offering covers Pods, Serverless and Clusters under one agreement, with monthly organization-level invoicing and reserved or dedicated capacity.
Companies can create hierarchical, company-owned accounts, so workloads remain with the organization when an employee leaves. Single sign-on supports Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, Google Workspace and Duo. Five built-in roles, group policies and controls over actions such as SSH-key injection or endpoint deletion provide a basic access-management layer. Custom roles are still on the roadmap.
Finance and operations teams get cost-center tags, an organization-wide billing explorer and member-level spending views. RunPod also added audit trails and ISO/IEC 27001 certification alongside its existing SOC 2 Type II report and support for HIPAA and GDPR agreements.
The company offers capacity across more than 30 GPU configurations and 32 regions, plus contractual service levels and named technical account managers. Reserved capacity is a supply commitment rather than a guarantee against hardware or regional failures, but it gives production teams a planned allocation and defined support path.
