OpenAI is rolling out flexible rate-limit resets for Codex, its coding agent, according to The Decoder.
That is more than a billing tweak. Coding agents often run for long sessions, retry failed steps, inspect projects, and execute tests, so fixed prompt-era limits can feel mismatched to how the tools are used.
