NVIDIA is highlighting a liquid-cooling breakthrough for large AI servers, with cooling loops that can run as hot as 45°C.

That may sound like a facilities detail, but cooling is now one of the constraints on dense AI compute. Higher-temperature liquid cooling can improve heat reuse options and reduce the strain on datacenter systems.

As AI factories scale, thermal design is becoming part of the core performance and cost equation alongside chips, networking, and power contracts.
