Meta has opened requests for early access to upcoming features in its Muse AI app. Instead of filling out a conventional form, users can send Muse a prompt asking the product team to add them to the program, creating a self-referential sign-up flow through the agent itself.

The company previewed several additions at its Connect conference. Muse is expected to gain a digital avatar for video conversations, more shopping partners and service connectors, and an expanded Mac app able to operate a computer to complete tasks. Meta also plans to bring the agent to its AI glasses, where a wearer could invoke it by voice and issue a command without opening a phone.

Meta has not provided a release timetable, eligibility rules or a complete list of features each participant will receive. Recruiting people who actively request access may deliver experienced testers quickly, but it will not produce the same feedback as a random user sample. Anyone joining should therefore treat the program as an unfinished product trial, particularly where computer control, shopping accounts or wearable cameras could give the agent access to sensitive actions and data.
