Italian property marketplace Immobiliare.it has expanded a voice assistant for individual listings into a network of specialized agents covering lead qualification, customer support, listing quality and conversational search.

The first assistant answers property questions around the clock, collects contact details and summarizes calls for real-estate agents. Immobiliare.it says more than 70 percent of sellers opted in. Its reported results include a 3.3-fold improvement in lead qualification, a 74 percent increase in users sharing a phone number and positive ratings from roughly 80 percent of users. These figures are presented in an ElevenLabs customer case study rather than an independent evaluation.

The newer design splits work among narrow subagents while presenting one conversation to the user. That makes each component easier to adjust than a single agent responsible for every task. Conversation transcripts provide evidence for reviewing behavior and refining the workflow across the company’s southern European markets.

Immobiliare.it says it also pursued the emerging AIUC-1 certification for conversational-agent security, safety and reliability. The deployment shows how voice AI can move from one isolated feature into shared marketplace infrastructure, but its broader value will depend on sustained accuracy, privacy controls and evidence that the reported lead gains continue outside the initial rollout.
