AI security company HiddenLayer has raised a $100 million Series B led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from investors including Microsoft’s M12, Morgan Stanley and Booz Allen Hamilton. The company protects models, agents and AI workflows against adversarial attacks, vulnerabilities and malicious code injection.
HiddenLayer says annual recurring revenue grew more than tenfold over the past year into the tens of millions of dollars, though it did not provide an exact figure. More than 90% of that growth reportedly came from new customers. The company has expanded its model-security products to cover prompt injection, manipulation of agents and malicious use of the tools those agents call.
One focus is the software supply chain for open-weight models. HiddenLayer says it parses about 50 AI file formats to check whether a downloaded model is what it claims to be and whether another model is concealed inside it. The funding will support engineering, research, sales and expansion in Europe and the wider EMEA region. The market is attracting large security vendors and well-funded startups, so revenue growth will need to translate into durable differentiation.
