Google is rolling out Gemini 3.5 Live Translate for real-time speech translation across more than 70 languages, with availability through Google Meet, Translate, and the Gemini Live API.

The model is designed to translate continuously instead of waiting for each sentence to finish, which can make live conversations feel less delayed.

If the system performs reliably, it gives developers and workplace products a stronger base for multilingual voice experiences built around streaming audio.
