Hang Ten Systems has added $53 million to its seed financing only five weeks after closing an initial $32 million round. The four-month-old enterprise AI startup, founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, has now raised $85 million. Temasek’s Xora led the new investment, with Mayfield and technology executives also participating.
The company advises businesses with more than $10 billion in annual revenue and builds or modernizes their software. Sikka says Hang Ten has multiple seven-figure contracts and work or late-stage prospects across 21 major enterprises, including Fresenius Kabi, Saudi Aramco and Siemens Energy. Its internal Hobie framework packages reusable AI skills for regulated and complex projects. The founders say teams of two to four can handle some work that previously required about 30 people, while customers or independent parties retain final testing and certification.
Fresh capital will expand engineering, consulting and sales beyond the startup’s current 20 to 25 employees in the US, Middle East and Australia, with hiring planned in Europe and India. Hang Ten competes with model providers and established systems integrators, and its speed and efficiency claims have not been independently verified. The rapid financing and early contracts nevertheless show investor interest in AI-native service firms that focus on requirements, validation and integration rather than training another foundation model.
