Floqer plans to open-source the technology behind its customer-research database in early 2027, pending security reviews. The system uses AI agents to collect and refresh information that business sales and marketing teams would otherwise gather from search engines, company sites, job boards and professional networks.

Users describe a target customer, and the agents assemble lists of relevant companies and contacts. Floqer says it enriches records with more than 100 third-party sources and checks providers in sequence when it needs a verified email address or phone number. It also watches for job changes, promotions and funding events so customer records do not become stale.

The company reports more than 1,000 customers, $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue and roughly tenfold revenue growth over the past year. Customers have reported reducing prospecting time by as much as 70 percent. These are startup-provided business and performance figures rather than results from a controlled comparison.

Some customers want to host the database themselves or modify its behavior, motivating the planned source release. That flexibility also increases the importance of permissions, data provenance and compliance because the system aggregates personal and commercial records. Floqer says it is conducting security reviews before publication. The company, founded in 2024, has eight employees and has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding.
