ElevenLabs has added two compliance credentials while renewing a wider group of certifications covering security, privacy, cloud operations and AI governance. The additions are FedRAMP 20x Class A, an entry pathway for US federal cloud services, and a SOC 2 Type I report for its ElevenProductions service.

The voice-AI company also renewed ISO/IEC 27001 for information-security management, ISO 27701 for privacy management and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems. Its other renewed credentials include the cloud-focused ISO 27017 and 27018 standards, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider status, and the UK-backed Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications.

These audits give enterprise and public-sector buyers standardized evidence about how particular controls are designed or operated. They do not guarantee that a service cannot suffer a breach, nor do they independently establish the accuracy or safety of generated speech. Each framework covers a defined scope and must be interpreted through its underlying report.

ElevenLabs says the certifications are maintained through recurring independent assessments. Customers evaluating sensitive voice or payment-data workloads can consult the company’s compliance page for the current scope and reports rather than treating the badges as a blanket security guarantee.
