Cohere Health is using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to digitize clinical policy work, building a multi-tenant system for a process that normally depends on careful human review.
According to AWS, the architecture uses AgentCore Runtime’s MicroVM isolation, AgentCore Gateway for tool access, AgentCore Memory, and the Agent Skills open standard. The goal is to scale policy digitization while preserving transparency, version control, and human oversight.
That mix of automation and control is the core point. Clinical policies are not ordinary documents; they affect healthcare decisions and must be traceable when rules change. A useful AI system in this setting has to show where information came from, keep tenants separated, and allow experts to review the resulting policy logic.
The post is a customer implementation rather than an independent study of outcomes, so it should not be read as proof that policy digitization is solved. It does show how cloud providers are packaging agent infrastructure for regulated workflows where auditability matters as much as speed.
