AWS published guidance on scaling agentic workflows with native case management in Amazon Quick Automate. The post describes how cases move from creation through processing and resolution while agents handle parts of the workflow.

Case management matters because many real business processes are not one-shot tasks. They require state, exception handling, status tracking, and human review when automation reaches a boundary.

The architecture is another sign that enterprise agent products are shifting from simple assistants toward managed workflow systems with auditability and operational controls.
